What is the Module Breakdown of the B.U.I.L.D. Program?

The Business Building Mastery™ program is broken down into five modules. The program is comrpised of more than ten hours of audio, video, interactive worksheets, and resources. All information is accessed through our learning portal and is available 24/7. You will have lifetime access to the program. Additionally, you will receive 1:1 business strategy sessions during the 90-day period to help you map out your 12-month business strategy.

    Your business will not go any further than your mindset. This crucial module focuses on helping you to shift your mind, environment, and relationships for success.     Module II. Uncover Your Personal Story & Ideal Client

    Magic happens when people hear and emotionally connect with your personal story. Oftentimes the things that God has delivered you from is exactly what your potential clients resonate with. There may be many other companies providing a product or service similar to yours, but none of them have your personal experiences, characteristics, or that “it” factor that you posses. In this module you will learn how to write your personal story and use it as the cornerstone for developing clear messaging for your branding and marketing strategy. You will also ensure that you are operating in your “sweet-spot” and attracting your ideal client by offering the right product and services.

    Module III. Invest in Creating Your Signature Program

    If there was ever a way to clone you, this is it. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if you could package all of your expertise, skills, experience, and talents in one nice little box? Fortunately, for you there is and it is called a signature program. Instead of having to teach, and re-teach the same techniques and strategies over and over again you can create your own system and develop a step-by-step program that walks your clients through the steps. This leverages your time and expertise and allows you track the results people receive working with you. You will also come up with a suite or products of services at different price points which include passive revenue opportunites. If you have a book on the inside of you, you will learn how to finally write it. You will also create speaking topics from your signature program.

    It’s time to be authentically you, not a copy-cat version of somebody else. Your brand is the essence of who you are. It’s your personal story, how you show up to serve a client, what you believe in, why you do what you do and so much more. Your brand is not given to you by a strategist, it is unveiled by asking deep questions to get to the essence of who you are personally and then understanding how that translates into your business. This module walks you step-by-step through this transformational process to create your authentic brand and ensure it is consistently marketed across all of your platforms.

    Module V. Design Authentic Marketing to Create Lifelong Clients

    You should do a podcast, be on video, speak, go to tons of networking events, and do 100 more things that aren’t authentically you. NO! Marketing is letting people who need your product or service know that you exist in a way that is true and authentic to you. In this module you will learn how to identify which marketing methods are comfortable for you, develop your unique selling position, learn how to overcome objectives, create your marketing message, and develop a marketing strategy that connects with potential clients.
